ChiRunning® (“chee-running”) and ChiWalking® combine running and walking with the principles and inner focus of T’ai Chi, an ancient Martial Art. The result
is postural alignment and motion based on the body’s design, laws of physics, and fundamental principles of nature.
Through simple exercises, participants will learn how to:
• Increase energy efficiency
• Reduce or eliminate pain and injury
• Develop great posture
• Improve balance
• Strengthen core muscles
• Tone muscles without overworking them
• Promote greater performance
• Develop a strong mind-body connection

ChiRunning and ChiWalking can be presented in various formats to suit participant and scheduling needs. Typical formats are:
• Informational Seminar Presentations: 30-60+ minutes
• Instructional Programs: Introductory Clinics, Multi-hour Workshops, Multisession Training Programs, Private Lessons, Tune-up or Special Topics Sessions, Group Chi-Runs or Chi-Walks/Chi-Hikes
